October 2025 represents the 40th anniversary of the Practice opening in Perranporth and is a timely opportunity for some changes to be made to the business.

On 1^st November, James Moores will become the managing director of the Practice and will assume day to day control. Nigel will step back – not retire – to allow his younger director colleagues to decide on the future direction of the business whilst offering his support and experience.
